To maintain the quality Control standards set by the business through the manufacturing environments ensuring compliance with the business policies and procedures. We are looking for individuals who have a good eye for detail, can work at a good pace and keep up with our manufacturing output, enthusiastic and willing to learn. You will be supportive and good at communicating.


We will provide full PPE and necessary equipment to enable you to do the job.

Main Duties

  • Complete patrol inspections when required, on all areas of the factory, liaising with the Quality Control Supervisor
  • Responsible for all re-work required for production and quality.
  • Random spot checks of processes, training and job set ups
  • Educate operators with standards, provide training on job processes and ensure the operators understand fully what is expected of them.
  • Implementation of Quality Improvements
  • Understand, implement and provide training on work instruction assessing suitability for operators to use and make informed decisions.
  • Ensure equipment is of good working standard and is provided as per the work instructions and BOM.
  • Goods inwards inspection
  • Complete visual health and safety checks of job processes and set ups
  • Organise and ensure workstations are set up as per work instructions and safe for production, liaise with Quality Apprentice should any updates be required.
  • Create and amend Work Instructions using the IQMS system when required.
  • Master sample calibration management and verification
  • Complete Master sample verification and control.
  • Monitor scrap rate on the ERP System and investigate if the scrap is showing over the required standard.
