Class IS0 7 Cleanroom Facilities

Nordell offers a full range of technical moulding services across a wide range of industries including Cleanroom moulding where the highest levels of quality and precision are required.

 

Our ISO Class 7 Cleanroom provides over 300m2 of Cleanroom manufacturing with a further 300m2 of dedicated cleanroom storage and packing.

 

Our state-of-the-art Cleanroom facility is accredited to ISO9001 standards and our journey towards ISO13485 accreditation has started.

 

Our cleanroom environment significantly decreases the chances of product pollution and provides a clean air area for production using 14 ULPA (Ultra-Low Particular Air Filtration) filters delivering 60 air changes per hour. ULPA efficiency rating removes 99.999% of airborne particles.

 

Further contamination is prevented using Cleanroom PPE such as gowning, hairnets and overshoes. These reduce fibres and potential contaminants from entering the cleanroom and interfering with production and research.

Nordell continue to invest in further capacity and the latest equipment. Our investment in our Worthing based Injection moulding factory capacity increases our manufacturing capacity by a further 6,000 ft2.
