New Machine Increases Our Production Capacity

Nordell have taken delivery of another new Haitian 210tn Mars III / plus moulding machine increasing our total machine count to thirty-nine. Twenty-five machines between 25tn and 380tn are housed in our main mould shop and fourteen 120tn machines in our ISO class 7 cleanroom.

Our new machine increases our 200tn capacity, where we have seen significant sales growth over the past 6 months.

The Mars III plus increases the number of Haitian machines purchased from PMM to fifteen in the last 2 years. We have been hugely impressed by the quality of the Haitian machines which are competitively priced coupled with a responsive UK support package.

The Haitian MARS Series has been on the market for over 10 years and continues to be the top of the line in servo hydraulic injection-moulding technology.

The upgraded MARS, the Mars 3 Plus comes with many design improvements tailored for the European market. It has new motors, larger plates with increased tie bar clearance, and new hardware to maximise energy efficiency while improving the precision.
