At Nordell, we have implemented a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) system to ensure our operations adhere to the highest standards.

Our quality department is involved from the early stages of new product development through full-scale production.

When the first parts are sampled, they will complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and establish process controls for ongoing production.

Each part is assigned a unique quality plan, which includes a unique part code history, bill of materials, master setting record, and routing operations.

This ensures that every stage of the manufacturing process is meticulously controlled.
