Great communication in any team is critical to drive engagement, transparency, and trust.
Keeping our team informed as the Nordell business grows and adapts to face new opportunities was becoming a greater challenge. How could we make sure the whole Nordell team are always informed in real time, ensure our ethos and strong business values are maintained through our communications and allow our employees to have two way communication and tell their stories by showing and telling the wider business what is happening in their own business team?
The answer for Nordell was to team up with Workvivo, who provide a central communication hub for businesses, allowing their employees a place to engage with each other and access a wide range of corporate resources and applications.
Workvivo works as an internal social network, allowing employees to create, share and interact with fellow co-workers on whatever content they decide. The possibilities are endless and can help foster improved internal communication; not just between individuals, but also between teams/departments.
