Our purpose-built 200m2 Cleanroom injection moulding facility manufactures parts to ISO class 7 standards with 14 ULPA filters removing 99.9% of airborne particles.
Once your part has been moulded, we can transfer it to our 100m2 purpose-built cleanroom assembly facility, which offers assembly, sub-assembly, testing and final packing solutions.
Our cleanroom assembly facility operates to the same strict controls as our cleanroom moulding, with ULPA filters eliminating over 99.9% of particulates.
We offer the same assembly solutions in our cleanroom as we do in our main assembly area, including:
Nordell provides a range of packaging solutions suited for cleanrooms, including plastic returnable totes, Correx® packaging and various plastic bag and vacuum bag solutions.
If you require a card outer box solution, we can transfer bagged parts from the cleanroom to a final packing area to be packed in a card box.
Our team can also arrange part sterilisation and final packing as part of our cleanroom services.
