What sectors have you worked in previously?
A :

I have worked in plastic injection moulding and assembly mainly, working in production environments.

How long have you worked in the plastics industry?
A :

I have worked in the plastics industry for nine years now, starting out as a production operator and working my way up the career ladder and learning along the way.

What do you love about your job?
A :

Every day is different and there are always challenges to overcome. No day is the same as the next in my role. I enjoy engaging with the team around me and customers, ensuring their voice is heard within the business. I am the voice of the customer within Nordell.

What attracted you to work at Nordell?
A :

The chance to further my career and development with a growing business, which has a long-standing in the plastics industry. Being 50 years old this year proves the company has been evolving. The opportunity to work with a great team with lots of goals in sight.

What's your biggest achievement in your career so far?
A :

The development of others around me and assisting in progressing people in their careers.
